Karen Tayes is a native of Bay County and founder of Elysian Med Spa. She is a board-certified nurse practitioner, Paramedic and Certified Emergency Nurse. Karen is a skilled cosmetic injector who strives to help her patients achieve natural results while complimenting their natural beauty. She believes in overall wellness and beauty and offers her clients many services to optimize their best results. She is passionate about this industry and her main goal is assisting her clients in being the best version of themselves, she is always staying proactive and constantly learning, growing and improving her aesthetic skill set.

Charlie Kelly
Charlie has been a Bay County resident for nearly 30 years. A Rutherford High School graduate, she earned her nursing degree from Gulf Coast State College in 2007. After five years as a labor and delivery nurse, she pursued a Master of Nursing with a certification in women’s health from the University of South Alabama. She then worked at a local OBGYN office for ten years while continuing her role as a labor and delivery nurse. Charlie is passionate about enhancing physical and mental well-being. A mother of three and wife to her high school sweetheart, she enjoys spending time outdoors, working out, and having movie nights with her family. She looks forward to meeting new people and serving her community.
